Please note that the situation shown in the video was 'resolved' later in 2006. All charges by CPS were dropped and the judge ordered that the children be returned. Unfortunately the negative effects of this unjustified and warrantless action of ripping children away from their parents will remain with these children and the family for quite some time.

As we've seen, most recently in the high-profile actions of Texas CPS in the recent events surrounding the FLDS children, such government kidnapping incidents are not rare and are becoming increasingly common. And they are most certainly quite unpleasant events for your family. But you too can experience these life-changing events... it really doesn't take much for you to be painted as a child abuser.
